A native and lifelong resident of the Nation’s Capital, Geneene Green loves all things DC, including the city’s eclectic mix of neighborhoods and diversity of architectural styles. Her interest in real estate is due in no small part to her urban upbringing, and was further enhanced by her personal experiences as she set out on the path to home ownership years ago. Committed to the ideal of superior customer service, Geneene strives to go above and beyond for her clients and ensure that their home buying or selling experience is one that can be celebrated instead of lamented.

While she enjoys working with individuals of all needs and backgrounds, she is particularly passionate about assisting seniors and the aged. In addition, she has a vested interest in helping low- and moderate-income individuals and families realize their dream of home ownership. As a hometown girl, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the real estate market in the Washington & Baltimore Metropolitan Areas.

Geneene is the Founder and Principal of Christee Realty Ventures–a real estate development firm focused on the economic improvement and revitalization of select inner-city communities in DC and Baltimore. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry from Goucher College (Baltimore, MD) and a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) degree from Trinity University (Washington, DC). She has a keen interest in historic preservation and, outside of the Keller Williams office, is very actively involved with a number of local and national nonprofit organizations, including: the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Chums Inc., and Madison Saints Paradise South senior residence. She also proudly supports the advocacy work of Manna Inc. and the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing & Economic Development (CNHED)–in their efforts to preserve affordable housing in the District. Geneene is an avid music lover, and when not working with clients in real estate, she can frequently be found engaging in her favorite pastime–singing.
